What will your role look like


  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow Expert Platform.
  • Drive end-to-end solution design across Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
  • Architect scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Provide technical leadership for custom development, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow application development.
  • Design modern user experiences using UI Builder and the ServiceNow Next Experience framework.
  • Define platform architecture standards, best practices, and governance for development teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead technical design reviews, perform code reviews, and mentor ServiceNow developers.
  • Ensure optimal platform performance, security compliance, and maintainability across implementations.

We would like you to bring along


  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of deep ServiceNow platform expertise.
  • Proven experience designing solutions across CSM, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow custom development and platform configuration.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow integrations including REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server architecture.
  • Experience designing interfaces using UI Builder and ServiceNow Experience Framework.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model design, and development best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, solution design, and technical leadership skills.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow CIS – ITSM
  • ServiceNow CIS – ITOM
  • ServiceNow CIS – Integrations
