Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow SPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning, CSDM, CMDB, and Foundation Data.


In this strategic role, you will define the SPM architecture roadmap, establish governance and best practices, and collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise objectives and digital transformation initiatives.


What will your role look like?

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning, Agile Development, and Portfolio Planning capabilities.
  • Define and implement CSDM (Common Service Data Model) aligned architecture across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and govern enterprise CMDB architecture, ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment with business services.
  • Define and manage Foundation Data strategy, governance, and data models to support enterprise portfolio management and reporting.
  • Lead solution blueprint sessions, architecture workshops, and technical governance reviews with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into scalable ServiceNow SPM solutions and technical roadmaps.
  • Establish architecture standards, reusable solution patterns, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
  • Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow products including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and external enterprise applications.
  • Architect integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, including design reviews, code governance, deployment, and platform optimization.
  • Mentor architects, developers, and consultants on ServiceNow SPM best practices and architectural standards.
  • Drive platform modernization, continuous improvement, and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to optimize portfolio planning, resource allocation, investment management, and project execution.
