JD: Python Automation QA with Advanced SQL

We are seeking a meticulous Automation QA Tester with 5 to 7+ years of experience, strong SQL skills, Python Automation testing to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the data transformation processes. This role demands flexibility in working hours to facilitate effective communication with developers and project teams across various time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute automation and manual test cases  to validate the functionalities of the software.

• Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to perform data validation and back-end testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects systematically.
• Participate in project meetings and be available for discussions in US EST working hours as needed

• Clarify requirements when necessary and ensure comprehensive coverage of all requirements in the testing process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in writing and optimizing complex queries

• Python Automation Scripting preferably with Playwright 

Familiarity with data warehouses concept.

• Knowledge of Python.

• Experience in Data side Testing: Understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Experience with SQL DBMS Tools: Knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, Denodo, Azure Databricks, SQL Server.

• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and Defect Tracking Tools: Familiarity with Agile development processes and proficiency in using defect tracking tools like JIRA.
