What will your role look like

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with focus on Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Operations (SecOps), and Integrations.
• Configure and enhance VR and SecOps modules, including vulnerability management, incident response, alerts, and playbooks.
• Develop and maintain integrations with security tools such as SIEM, threat intelligence platforms, and endpoint security solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Build and optimize automation workflows, dashboards, and reporting for improved security visibility and incident management.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Security Architects, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy for security operations and ensure proper mapping between assets and vulnerabilities.
• Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Support threat remediation, compliance reporting, and incident response operations through ServiceNow SecOps modules.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and best practice guidelines.

We would like you to bring along

• 6–8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in VR, SecOps, and integrations.
• Strong experience configuring and developing Vulnerability Response and Security Operations modules.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server implementations.
• Knowledge of security processes, incident response workflows, and vulnerability management practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and business teams.

Good-to-have skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.
• Familiarity with Threat Intelligence, SIEM tool integrations, and security automation playbooks.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development and delivery models.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-SecOps, or CIS-VR.
• Experience with dashboards, KPI reporting, and metrics tracking for security operations.
• Knowledge of advanced automation and orchestration in security workflows.
