What will your role look like

Lead the design and development of complex, distributed, cloud-native microservices using Spring Boot and Node.js.

Collaborate with Solution Architects to align with enterprise architecture and scalability goals.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship across backend, frontend, and integration teams.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Contribute hands-on to development using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js (Express/NestJS).

Design and build RESTful APIs, event-driven components, and data integration layers.

Work closely with frontend engineers for seamless integration with Angular or React applications.

Develop and deploy applications on AWS using services such as Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Step Functions, SageMaker, Bedrock, and data lake.

Apply DevOps best practices with understanding of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Implement secure coding, ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, and drive code quality.

We would like you to bring along

Strong technical expertise in:

Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (Express/NestJS)

Frontend (Integration level): Angular, React

Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven, Cloud-native

Databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle

Cloud: AWS (hands-on experience with key services)

DevOps understanding: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes (conceptual/integration level).

AI-assisted development tools (Mandatory): GitHub Copilot, AWS CodeWhisperer, or equivalent.

Experience in low-code/workflow tools such as Appsmith, Mendix, n8n, or Camunda.

Strong knowledge of secure coding, testing, and deployment best practices.

Ability to mentor teams, drive technical discussions, and ensure solution scalability and maintainability.

Good-to-have skills

Exposure to AI/ML pipelines or predictive systems using AWS services (SageMaker, Forecast, Comprehend, etc.).

Experience in utility or energy domain applications.

Familiarity with performance tuning, security compliance, and observability in production environments.

Understanding of workflow orchestration and automation frameworks.
