What will your role look like

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Provide architectural guidance, conduct technical reviews, and ensure best practices in AI/ML, data engineering, and cloud-native development.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, GenAI, and cloud to introduce innovative solutions across the organization.
• Manage multiple projects end-to-end, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies while ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of AI engineers, data scientists, cloud engineers, and software developers.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Present solutions and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We would like you to bring along

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in team/project management.
• Proven expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI (LLMs, Transformers, NLP, Computer Vision).
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML cloud services.
• Solid understanding of software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Experience in data engineering, pipelines, and scalable system design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-have skills

• Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and/or AI/ML.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI APIs.
