What will your role look like

• Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers in production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve SSH connectivity failures (service, firewall, authentication, and network-related issues).
• Troubleshoot and fix Linux disk space issues and filesystem mount failures.
• Identify and resolve TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewall, and HTTP/HTTPS connectivity problems.
• Manage virtual machines using VMware vCenter (VM lifecycle operations, disk expansion coordination, basic administration).
• Perform structured troubleshooting and document root cause analysis (RCA) in detailed reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure system stability, uptime, and performance.

We would like you to bring along

• Strong hands-on experience in Linux administration (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS).
• Practical experience with VMware vCenter.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to document issues and solutions clearly and professionally.

Good-to-have skills

• Experience with Ansible (writing or modifying playbooks).
• Knowledge of Git or version control systems.
• Understanding of Everpure system.
