Role Summary:


Responsible for managing end-to-end ServiceNow service delivery with a focus on ITSM implementations. The role involves stakeholder management, ensuring ITIL-aligned processes, and driving high-quality project execution and continuous service improvement.


What will your role look like:


  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow service delivery with a focus on ITSM implementations
  • Own project planning, execution, and successful delivery within timelines and budgets
  • Drive ITIL-aligned processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
  • Act as the primary stakeholder interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Monitor and manage SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, business stakeholders)
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across all ServiceNow engagements

We would like you to bring along:


  • 8–10 years of IT experience with strong focus on ServiceNow delivery
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and project management
  • Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory
  • ITIL Certification (v3/v4) – Mandatory
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively


Good-to-have skills:


  • Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, CIS, CAD)
  • Knowledge of integrations, automation, and platform optimization
  • Experience working in global delivery or distributed team environments
