Role Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end ServiceNow service delivery with a focus on ITSM implementations. The role involves stakeholder management, ensuring ITIL-aligned processes, and driving high-quality project execution and continuous service improvement.
What will your role look like:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow service delivery with a focus on ITSM implementations
- Own project planning, execution, and successful delivery within timelines and budgets
- Drive ITIL-aligned processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
- Act as the primary stakeholder interface, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Monitor and manage SLAs, KPIs, and service performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, business stakeholders)
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement
- Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across all ServiceNow engagements

We would like you to bring along:
- 8–10 years of IT experience with strong focus on ServiceNow delivery
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and project management
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL framework
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory
- ITIL Certification (v3/v4) – Mandatory
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Good-to-have skills:
- Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (ITSM, CIS, CAD)
- Knowledge of integrations, automation, and platform optimization
- Experience working in global delivery or distributed team environments
