What will your role look like


  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) and Security Operations (SecOps) solutions across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a ServiceNow Tech Lead for SecOps initiatives, ensuring alignment with CIS-VR best practices and organizational security goals.
  • Configure and manage the VR lifecycle, including vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with security scanners, SIEM tools, threat intelligence platforms, and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Ensure accurate CMDB correlation for assets and vulnerabilities to support effective security operations.
  • Lead the team in implementing automation workflows, playbooks, and dashboards for enhanced visibility and response.
  • Collaborate with security architects, business stakeholders, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and engineers, establishing development standards and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and code reviews.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, solution designs, and operational procedures.

We would like you to bring along


  • 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Operations (SecOps), and CIS-VR implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring VR lifecycle, scanner integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and CMDB correlation.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow VR and SecOps modules, automation, workflows, and playbooks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
  • Experience with Now Assist, ITSM processes, and platform enhancements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to guide development teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.


Good-to-have skills


  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS-VR, ITSM, SecOps.
  • Experience with Security Orchestration, Threat Intelligence, SIEM tool integrations, and advanced automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Knowledge of dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting for security operations.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance tuning.
