Role Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to define and drive the end-to-end architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise standards and roadmaps. This role plays a critical part in shaping platform strategy, complex implementations, and integrations across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

What will your role look like
  • Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with enterprise standards and long-term roadmap.
  • Design scalable, secure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
  • Lead CMDB architecture, including data models, CI class structures, and relationship frameworks.
  • Architect and manage integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
  • Oversee advanced configurations and customizations such as Flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • Architect and implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
  • Ensure CMDB data quality through governance, normalization, reconciliation, and regular audits.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and robust technical solutions.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and architecture walkthroughs.

We would like you to bring along

  • Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.
  • Solid experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and server-side/client-side scripting.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub).
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and guide teams through execution.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholder

Good-to-have skills
  • Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
  • Exposure to large-scale enterprise or multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
  • Presales or customer-facing solutioning experience.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • CIS – ITOM Discovery
  • CIS – Event Management
