What will your role look like
  • Drive the overall ServiceNow platform solution strategy, architecture, and roadmap across multiple workflows
  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for multi-module implementations including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, CMDB/CSDM, Integrations, and Now Assist
  • Facilitate business and technical workshops to gather requirements, define use cases, and arrive at architectural decisions
  • Design future-state architectures that are scalable, upgrade-safe, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices
  • Create and own Solution Blueprints, Process Definition Documents (PDDs), data models, process maps, and interface architectures
  • Ensure alignment with CSDM standards, CMDB governance, and domain separation considerations
  • Guide delivery teams on configuration vs. customization, ensuring maintainability and upgradeability
  • Participate in CAB discussions, technical quality gates, and roadmap prioritization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business, IT, and leadership stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance on AI and automation capabilities such as Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, process mining, and workflow optimization
  • Conduct solution reviews, upgrade impact analysis, and manage technical debt
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Platform Owners to ensure solution integrity across releases

We would like you to bring along
  • Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
  • Deep platform knowledge with multi-module expertise across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, HRSD, GRC/IRM, Integrations, and Now Assist
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, governance, and best practices
  • Experience leading solution design for large-scale or complex ServiceNow programs


Good-to-have skills
  • ServiceNow certifications (preferred – certified candidates only)
  • Exposure to AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities and automation use cases
  • Experience defining multi-year platform roadmaps and value realization
  • Prior involvement in upgrade planning, technical debt reduction, and platform optimization
