Role Overview
This senior leadership position requires a high-energy expert with 10+ years of experience to lead the growth and success of strategic relationships with major Hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure). You will operate at the intersection of revenue generationlong-term client success, and product-driven partnerships to drive co-sell revenue and cloud adoption.


Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Co-Sell Leadership

  • Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue by leveraging Hyperscaler co-sell motions and Marketplaces.
  • Executive Alignment: Build and maintain "top-to-top" relationships between internal sales leaders and Hyperscaler stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee joint sales plays and lead regional engagement plans to acquire new enterprise customers.

2. Client Success & Retention

  • Value Realization: Own the overarching post-sales health of strategic accounts, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes from cloud integrations.
  • Churn Mitigation: Proactively monitor customer health and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical or business issues.
  • Expansion: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities by aligning customer pain points with new product capabilities.

3. Product Partnership & Ecosystem Strategy

  • GTM Alignment: Align internal Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies with Hyperscaler roadmaps to ensure cohesive market approaches.
  • Roadmap Influence: Bring the "voice of the customer" back to product teams to prioritize features that unlock repeatable market opportunities.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Launch ISV integrations and joint value propositions that resonate with both technical and business decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, partner management, or customer success, with at least 5 years focused on the Hyperscaler ecosystem.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS business models, and Hyperscaler Marketplace dynamics.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to build crisp narratives for C-level audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
