What will your role look like

Partner with internal business stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable SAP BTP solutions aligned with the Clean Core principle and SAP BTP Guidance Framework.
Architect and implement side-by-side extensions using SAP CAP (Node.js) on SAP BTP to enable clean-core compliant solutions.
Provide overall architectural leadership across SAP BTP services, including SAP Build Process Automation and Advanced Event Mesh.
Design and implement seamless integrations between SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA using APIs and event-driven architectures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BTP with other enterprise systems and applications.
Ensure security, authorization, compliance, and performance considerations are embedded into solution designs.
Work closely with Enterprise Architecture teams and SAP Solution Architects to execute SAP BTP strategies.
Lead or contribute across the full project lifecycle, from requirement clarification and design to deployment and stabilization.
Provide ongoing guidance and support for BTP platform run activities, while staying up to date with emerging SAP BTP capabilities and industry best practices.

We would like you to bring along

Strong hands-on experience delivering solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Proven expertise in SAP CAP side-by-side extensions (Node.js) on SAP BTP.
Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core methodology and architectural principles across cloud and on-premise landscapes.
Experience working with SAP Build Process Automation and Advanced Event Mesh.
Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality, including ABAP.
Experience designing secure and compliant SAP BTP architectures, including authorization concepts.
Ability to design new architectural frameworks and drive their adoption.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a client-facing mindset.
Self-driven attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities and collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in English.

Good-to-have skills

Fluency in German.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as AI within SAP ecosystem (e.g., SAP Joule, Agentic frameworks).
Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple SAP and non-SAP integrations.
