What Will Your Role Look Like
• Design and implement end-to-end performance test strategies for enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and Gatling
• Execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests across distributed environments
• Analyze application, JVM, database, and infrastructure performance bottlenecks
• Perform thread dump analysis, GC tuning, heap/CPU profiling and root cause analysis
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
• Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and Architecture teams for system optimization
• Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations

We Would Like You to Bring Along
• 7–10+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• Strong expertise in JMeter and Gatling
• Experience with New Relic, RunScope, and Splunk
• Strong knowledge of JVM tuning, DB performance tuning, and server optimization
• Scripting expertise in Python / Shell / Groovy / Java / JavaScript
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with additional APM/monitoring tools
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Experience in performance testing of event-driven or streaming architectures
• Exposure to Chaos Engineering practices
• Relevant certifications in Performance Testing or Cloud Technologies
