Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will work closely with business stakeholders to design and execute digital strategies that drive top-line growth and enhance customer engagement. Beyond performance metrics, this role requires someone with a deep understanding of human emotion—someone who can craft compelling narratives that connect, inspire, and convert.

This is a unique opportunity for a marketer who can blend analytics with empathy and business goals with brand storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and product teams to understand revenue goals and translate them into digital marketing strategies.

  • Develop and execute data-backed marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, email, etc.) to drive lead generation and conversion.

  • Craft emotionally resonant storylines and campaigns that connect with the audience at a human level and reflect the brand’s purpose.

  • Create engaging content that links marketing efforts to customer emotions, behaviors, and aspirations across formats like video, blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media.

  • Design and implement customer engagement strategies including referral programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized outreach that drives revenue and retention.

  • Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns for higher engagement and ROI, while reducing CAC.

  • Work closely with sales and analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve strategy.


    Key Metrics of Success:

  • Top-line revenue uplift through digital channels

  • Increase in audience engagement and brand sentiment metrics

  • Higher conversion and retention through emotional storytelling

  • Reduced customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improved lifetime value (CLV)


    Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and customer engagement strategy.

  • Proven ability to create emotionally engaging content and brand stories that drive conversion.

  • Strong expertise in digital tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.

  • Experience in creating multichannel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and reflect the voice of the customer.

  • A mindset that blends creativity with commercial thinking.


    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in content-led or emotion-driven brand marketing.

  • Prior experience in B2C digital campaigns with strong narrative focus.

  • Certifications in digital platforms or storytelling/brand communication.
