The role works closely with Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership teams by delivering clear, actionable, and well-structured research insights that influence account strategy, roadmap decisions, and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Account Intelligence

Conduct deep research on existing customers across geographies to identify:
Expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
Signals of change (technology shifts, org changes, investments, M&A, hiring trends, compliance needs, etc.)
White spaces and unmet needs aligned to our offerings
Track ongoing developments for a defined set of strategic accounts (news, tech direction, hiring, partnerships, investments).

Strategic Research & Analysis

Build company, industry, and technology intelligence including:
IT landscape and digital maturity
Current and emerging technology priorities
Vendor ecosystem and competitive positioning
SWOT, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity mapping
Translate raw data into clear narratives and insights, not just information.

Skills & Competencies

Must-Have

Strong secondary research and market intelligence experience
Excellent written communication – ability to explain complex insights clearly and crisply
Working knowledge of G Suite (Google Sheets, Slides, Doc)
Hands-on experience using GenAI tools for research, synthesis, and productivity
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and quality orientation. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving

Good to Have

Exposure to IT services, technology consulting, or digital transformation domains
Experience supporting sales, account management, or customer success teams
Experience with tools like Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Apollo.ai, Tableau, Power BI

Educational Background

MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred
Engineering or quantitative undergraduate background is a plus
