Role Summary


We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the ServiceNow platform. What will your role look like?

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.
  • Configure and customize Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning modules.
  • Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and custom applications using ServiceNow best practices.
  • Configure and maintain CMDB, CSDM, and Foundation Data to support enterprise portfolio and project management processes.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and middleware platforms.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics solutions to support portfolio governance and executive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize platform performance.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
  • Ensure all development complies with ServiceNow coding standards, governance policies, and security best practices.
