Job Description:

InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Application Security Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and management of robust security configurations across enterprise environments. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with clients and functional consultants to build role-based access controls, integrate security with SSO and identity management systems, enforce compliance standards, and maintain overall security governance.

What will your role look like

• Design and implement security roles, policies, and user provisioning workflows tailored to organizational needs.

• Collaborate with clients and HCM Functional consultants to capture requirements, share best practices, and deliver HCM security training.

• Integrate HCM security with enterprise systems like Identity Governance and SSO, while troubleshooting relevant issues.

• Maintain complete security documentation and prepare detailed audit and stakeholder reports.

• Implement HCM Advanced Controls where applicable to manage risks, resolve Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, and support GDPR, SOX, and CCPA compliance.

We would like you to bring along

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing Oracle HCM Cloud security configurations.

• Strong understanding of security frameworks and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Expertise in HCM data security, including data roles, security profiles, Areas of Responsibility (AoR), exclusion rules, role provisioning, and report security.

• Proven experience conducting security assessments and producing compliance documentation.

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Advanced Controls, SoD conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX, CCPA) as an added advantage.
