Job Description:
InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an experienced SCM Functional Consultant to lead the solutioning and implementation of Oracle Fusion Planning suite applications. In this role, you will analyze complex business requirements, map them to Oracle ERP processes, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design robust supply chain solutions while driving successful end-to-end client implementations.
What will your role look like
• Map client business requirements to standard Oracle ERP processes and design scalable solutions.
• Perform fit-gap analyses to identify process gaps and define effective workaround strategies.
• Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Planning suite applications across core supply chain functions.
• Utilize deep domain knowledge in 2-3 sub-modules such as Supply/Demand Planning, Sales & Operations, Production Scheduling, Replenishment, or Backlog Management.
• Engage directly with clients to guide decision-making and ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.

We would like you to bring along
• 8 to 15 years of overall experience with 6+ years dedicated to consulting, solutioning, and implementing Oracle ERP applications.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation lifecycles completed successfully.
• Deep expertise in the Fusion Planning suite and thorough understanding of supply chain business processes.
• Hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 sub-modules (Supply, Demand, S&OP, Production Scheduling, Replenishment, or Backlog Management).
• Familiarity with other Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Order Management is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree (Graduate) with exceptional communication and client handling skills.
