Position Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – CSM & UI Builder

Role Overview:


We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and UI Builder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and user-centric solutions on the ServiceNow platform while leveraging modern ServiceNow experiences and capabilities.


The candidate should possess strong development expertise, hands-on experience in UI Builder and Workspace customization, excellent scripting skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.


What Will Your Role Look Like:


  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow CSM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop modern and responsive user experiences using UI Builder and Workspace.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, portals, and dashboards.
  • Build reusable components and scalable applications on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, script includes, UI actions, and integrations.
  • Work on Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and automation capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and functional teams to define technical solutions.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and best practice implementations.
  • Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Provide demos, technical walkthroughs, and solution presentations to customers and leadership teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documents.
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, and release management activities.

  • 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow CSM implementations and customizations.
  • Strong experience with UI Builder, Workspace, and Next Experience UI Framework.
  • Strong scripting and development experience using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
  • Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow automation.
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
