What will your role look like
• Lead functional implementation and support activities for Oracle Fusion HCM modules across enterprise environments.
• Drive end-to-end implementation for Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.
• Perform business process analysis, requirement gathering, and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Write and manage Fast Formulas to support complex HR business requirements.
• Participate in solution design discussions, testing, and deployment activities during implementation cycles.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to AIM and OUM implementation methodologies.

We would like you to bring along
• Minimum 12+ years of overall experience with at least 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business HCM modules.
• Minimum 4 implementation experiences as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design within Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Core HR, Absences, and ESS & MSS modules.
• Experience writing and configuring Fast Formulas.
• Strong understanding of AIM and OUM implementation processes, phases, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good-to-have skills
• Experience with Fusion Time and Labor.
• Experience with Fusion Compensation and Benefits modules.
