What will your role look like
  • Design, configure, and develop HRSD solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • Implement HR case management, lifecycle events, employee service portals, and knowledge management
  • Customize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, and Service Portal components for HRSD processes
  • Develop integrations with external HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Workday, SAP, or other HR platforms
  • Collaborate with HR business analysts, architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization of HRSD solutions
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices, maintainable, and upgrade-safe

We would like you to bring along
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with HRSD module expertise
  • Strong understanding of HRSD data model, workflows, and employee service portal concepts
  • Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD features including Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge, and Service Portal
  • Proficiency in scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Script Includes
  • Experience developing integrations with external HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Good-to-have skills
  • ServiceNow HRSD certifications
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models
  • Knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem) for cross-module integration
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrade processes and best practices
