What Will Your Role Look Like

Design, develop, and enhance backend services using Go (Golang)

Build efficient data models and develop scalable schemas in PostgreSQL

Optimize database performance for large-scale applications

Collaborate with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features

Write clean, secure, and maintainable code while following best practices

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing systems to improve stability and performance

Ensure data security, compliance, and high system reliability

Participate in code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members

Support deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

We Would Like You to Bring Along

4–6 years of professional backend development experience

Minimum 3 years hands-on expertise in Go (Golang)

Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, query tuning, performance optimization)

Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms & software design principles

Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Experience working with Git and CI/CD practices

Familiarity with Kubernetes & Docker

Excellent analytical thinking, debugging, and communication skills

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to NoSQL databases or key-value stores (Redis, DynamoDB, etc.)

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as React

Experience with messaging systems like Kafka

What Will Your Role Look Like

Support data cleansing, transformation, and migration activities from Oracle iProcurement/Ariba (or similar systems) into Oracle Cloud ERP.

Work closely with Procurement, Global Operations, and IT teams to manage Indirect and Direct Procurement data.

Configure and implement Oracle OTBI modules to meet business requirements.

Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and prepare relevant documentation.

Generate reports, perform data analysis, and provide post-implementation support.

Assist senior team members in various procurement “run-the-business” activities.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, macros using VBA or Office Scripts).

Experience supporting data cleansing, conversion, and migration processes.

Ability to configure and implement Oracle OTBI solutions.

Hands-on experience with system testing, user training, and UAT support.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, systems analysis, and requirements management.

Basic to intermediate programming or scripting knowledge.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, or other BI tools.

Knowledge of supplier qualification processes and best practices.

Exposure to Oracle supply chain applications.

Oracle Supplier Management or related certifications.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

Minimum 7 years of professional experience; 8–9 years preferred.

Prior experience implementing/configuring Oracle OTBI and related Oracle modules.
