What will your role look like

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Selenium to validate application functionality.
Design and implement tests using PyTest, Robot Framework, and other frameworks for comprehensive test coverage.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, collaborating closely with development teams for root cause analysis.
Manage test cases using qTest or similar tools, ensuring proper documentation and versioning.
Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, working alongside DevOps teams.
Create and maintain test environments and testbeds to simulate production-like scenarios.
Perform various types of testing including Regression, Sanity, Functional, API, and Ad-hoc.
Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and backlog grooming.
Track bugs and project progress using tools like JIRA and provide clear reporting on test execution and results.

Strong Python programming skills.
Expertise in Selenium for web automation testing.
Hands-on experience with PyTest and Robot Framework.
Experience with test management tools like qTest.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins).
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Understanding of Agile processes and experience working in Agile teams.
3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
Exposure to multiple testing types: Regression, Sanity, Functional, API, and Ad-hoc testing.
Experience in test planning, designing test cases, and reporting results effectively.
