Job Description:

InfoBeans Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to design, develop, troubleshoot, and support PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM applications while driving automated regression testing initiatives using the PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise in PeopleTools to collaborate with functional and QA teams, support release cycles, and ensure stable production operations for US-based client accounts.

What will your role look like

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM applications, customizations, and integrations.

• Install, configure, and maintain the PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) client, test scripts, and reusable test libraries.

• Record, edit, parameterize, and execute automated test cases while managing test data and environment variables.

• Troubleshoot PTF playback failures and maintain automated regression suites after application updates and PUM cycles.

• Work closely with functional teams, QA teams, and stakeholders to analyze requirements, resolve defects, and deliver scalable technical solutions.

• Generate test execution evidence and defect-support documentation while identifying automation candidates across business processes.

We would like you to bring along

• 8+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical development experience across FSCM and/or HCM modules.

• 2+ years of practical experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or PTF execution across at least 2 projects.

• Deep technical knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, and SQL.

• Strong background in regression testing, automated test creation, defect resolution, and release validation.

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and technical ownership in production support and project enhancement environments.

• Flexibility to work shift hours with a 4-hour US overlap, covering work schedules up to 11:00 PM IST.
